Terms and Conditions of Use (Public Offer and Terms of Service)
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This document is a public offer by the Otrismarket online store. 1.2. By purchasing a digital product or custom design service on our website, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions of this Offer.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 2.1. The Seller sells, and the Buyer purchases digital content (electronic files, video animations, download links) or custom digital design services. 2.2. For instant downloads, the digital product is considered delivered at the moment access for download is provided (displaying the link in the customer account or sending an email to the Buyer).
3. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE 3.1. All copyrights to the digital products belong to Otrismarket. 3.2. Personal Use Only: You are purchasing the right to use the files exclusively for your own personal needs (e.g., sending invitations to your guests). 3.3. Prohibited Actions: Commercial resale, public distribution, copying, editing for resale, or sharing the files with third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS 4.1. Delivery Time: Processing time for custom animated videos and personalized invitations is 24-48 hours after receiving all necessary details (names, dates, photos) from the Buyer. 4.2. Revisions: The purchase of a custom item includes 3 minor revisions (e.g., text corrections, minor color adjustments). Complete redesigns or changing the core template after the work has started will require a new purchase. 4.3. Cancellations of Custom Work: Once the customization process has begun and the designer has started working on your file, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTIES 5.1. Digital Download Waiver: According to international e-commerce standards and EU consumer protection laws, digital goods of proper quality are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By completing the purchase and downloading the digital item, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal (refund) once the download has started. 5.2. If you experience any technical issues downloading or opening the file, we guarantee our support. 5.3. Customer Support: In case of failure to download the file automatically, please contact us via the contact form or email at info@otrismarket.com. We will personally send you the purchased file by another convenient method within 24 hours.
6. PAYMENTS AND MERCHANT OF RECORD 6.1. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller 2Checkout. 6.2. 2Checkout.com is the Merchant of Record for all our international orders. 2Checkout provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, secure transactions, and handles the collection of applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) based on the Buyer's location.
7. LIABILITY 7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the inability to open or play the file due to the lack of necessary software or outdated hardware on the Buyer's side. 7.2. The Buyer is entirely responsible for providing the correct email address and accurate personalization details (spelling of names, dates, etc.) during the checkout process.
